Hi, I’m Irene Kok, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and passionate health educator with over 20 years of experience helping women transform their wellness from the inside out. I’ve spent two decades guiding clients through weight loss, mindset, and nutrition strategies, and today, I specialize in uncovering the hidden imbalances in hormones, cortisol, and gut health that often sabotage progress.

 

I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, vibrant, and in control of her body—especially during the hormonal shifts of perimenopause. Through functional lab testing, personalized protocols, and a holistic, realistic approach, I help women get answers, restore balance, and feel like themselves again.
