INGREDIENTS
1 1/4 cup gluten free flour blend, (*Note, my flour blend has xanthan gum included. If yours doesn't, add 1 teaspoon.
)3/4 cup almond meal
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2/3 cup coconut oil melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup egg whites OR one full egg and 2 whites
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients and whisk together to blend. In a medium bowl, add all wet ingredients and whisk.Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.Preheat oven at 350 Spray silicone donut (or muffin pan)Cook for 10 minutes until done.Remove and put onto cooling rack. Ice, frost, or eat plain.
