Ingredients:
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk)
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
1-2 tablespoons Splenda or monk fruit
1 pinch salt
1 1/2 cup ice
1 cherry *optional

Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients for the into a blender. Blend until smooth. Top with crushed peppermint candy (or mini candy cane) if desired. Enjoy!
