1/2 cup Cottage cheese
2 scoops Protein powder
1 Vanilla bean
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
2-4 tbs Sweetener of choice
2 cups Ice
1 cup Almond milk
Optional Topping:
4 tbs Light Cool Whip
Put everything into a blender and blend until creamy consistency is reached. Split among two cups and top with whipped topping if desired. Enjoy!
