2 tablespoons Hummus
1 slice Cheese* optional*
4 oz Turkey (6 oz for men)
1 Roma tomato • 1/2 Avocado
Directions
To assemble the wrap, lay the tortilla on a flat, clean surface.
Spread hummus around the wrap, leaving approx. 1/2 inch around the edge all around.
Add a slice of the sliced cheese, turkey breast, tomato slices, and avocado.
Carefully roll the wrap/tortilla up like a burrito, rolling it as tight as possible. Cut the wrap in half and enjoy!
