Ingredients

  • 1 handful of spinach or mixed greens

  • 1 tablespoon of mustard or hummus (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste




Instructions

  2. Spread the mashed avocado or hummus evenly over the tortilla.

  3. Layer the turkey slices on top of the avocado.

  4. Add the apple slices and spinach or mixed greens.
