This can be done with chicken as well! A true way to block the binge. I added a sodium free seasoning for some flavor, however hot sauce will give this a nice kick!
Ingredients
3-4 ounces chicken or tuna
1/2 or 150 calories of avocado or guacamole
Stack your ingredients and enjoy 2-3 hours before that time that you feel you will need to take the edge off hunger!
*add 100 calories or 30-40 grams of complex carbs to this to make it a mini-meal.
