The Best Marinated Pork Chops
Serves 4
Ingredients:
Pork chops
4 (4 oz) Pork chops
Marinade
1 tablespoon Minced ginger
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Avocado oil
1/4 cup Maple syrup
Directions:
The estimated total time to make this recipe is 10-12 Minutes
Combine everything for the marinade in a large Ziplock bag. Add the pork chops and massage the bag to coat. Place the bag in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
Heat a large skillet to medium-high heat. Remove pork chops from bag and discard the marinade. Place pork chops in skillet and cook for approximately 4-6 minutes on each side, or until center is no longer pink and the pork chops are lightly browned.
Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes before plating and serving. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
Serve with optional carb and veggies.
