Tex Mex Chicken Pita

  • 1 pita round, gluten free bread, or wrap of choice

  • 2 oz chicken (roasted or deli)

  • 40 grams corn (1/4 cup)

  • 60 grams black beans (1/4 cup)

  • Diced tomato and cilantro

  • 50 grams in weight choice of avocado or olives 80-100 calorie yield

  • 1-2 tablespoon salsa for dressing mixed with 60 grams (1/4 cup) greek yogurt for dressing.

Directions:

Add ingredients to make a yummy pita.
