Don't judge until you have. tried this. What you see here is one of my faves. It's 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt coming in at 12g protein. Two eggs bringing us to 25 grams. I added 1/2 tablespoon olive oil to get my fats a bit higher and tossed on some veggies.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or Cottage Cheese
2 eggs prepared to your liking
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
optional veggies
Instructions
Prepare eggs as you wish. This works great with hard boiled. Add to the yogurt and add optional veggies.
*add 100 calories or 30-40 grams of carbohydrates to make this a mini-meal.
