Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie

Breakfast/Minimeal

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Almond milk

  • 2  tablespoons Lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup Frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 avocado or 80-100 calories worth


Directions:

  1. The estimated total time to make this recipe is 2 Minutes

  2. Combine everything in blender, and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

  3. You won’t taste the avocado.
