1 cup apple juice
2 cups water
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (64 grams in weight)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon allspice
160g or 1 cup steel-cut oats
140g or 1 cup fresh berries
40g or 1/4 cup almonds
Directions:
In a slow cooker, combine the apple juice, water, almond milk, cinnamon and allspice and whisk to mix. Add the steel-cut oats and stir, then cover and set on low.
Cook for 7 hours. When the mixture is thick, remove the lid and stir to mix well, then stir in the berries.
Total servings: 6
Individual serving: 1 cup & berries
