Mini-Meal
1/4 cup Old fashioned oats
1 tablespoon Cocoa powder
1/4 cup Protein powder
1 tablespoons Applesauce
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 pinch Salt
Directions
In a small bowl or mug, microwave peanut butter for 10-20 seconds, or until it is softened slightly, and easy to mix. Scoop a small amount of melted peanut butter and set aside for step #4 if desired.
Add the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine.
Form mixture into a cookie shape on a plate and enjoy immediately, (cookie may be soft if you don't refrigerate first, but it is still delicious), or cover and place in the fridge/freezer for 5 minutes or more.
Drizzle with melted peanut butter if desired and enjoy!
