•1 tsp salt • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp dried sage • 1 tsp ground black pepper • 6 center cut bone-in pork chops • 2 tbsp olive oil • 1 cup water
Directions
1. Combine the salt, garlic powder, sage and black pepper in a small bowl and rub on both sides of the chops. 2. Place oil in a large skillet over medium high heat and sauté the chops for 5 minutes per side, or until well browned. 3. Add water to the chops, reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve with veggies and a carb of choice.
*This can be made with chicken or beef
