Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (I used this brand)

  • 6 cups  rice pocket cereal (such as Chex)

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

  • 1 cup  nonfat milk or any milk

  • 4 tbsp  peanut flour

  • 1/4 cup  dark chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Mix Dry Ingredients

    • In a large bowl, combine the rice pocket cereal, whey protein powder, and cornstarch. Set aside.

  2. Prepare Wet Mixture

    • In a separate bowl, whisk together the nonfat milk and peanut flour until smooth.

  3. Coat the Cereal

    • Slowly pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients, stirring gently to evenly coat the cereal.

  4. Add Melted Chocolate

    • Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the cereal mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Cool and Serve

    • Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and let it cool until the coating is set. Break into clusters if needed.
