Protein Packed French Onion Dip

A classic favorite with a healthy twist!

This **Protein-Packed French Onion Dip delivers all the rich, savory flavor you love—without the guilt. Made with high-protein ingredients and real caramelized onions, it’s perfect for snacking, spreading, or dipping your favorite veggies and crackers. Great for parties or meal prep, and guaranteed to disappear fast!


Ingredients:

  • 1 large sweet onion

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cups cottage cheese

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon chopped chive

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt



Directions:

  1. Heat a sauté pan over medium heat. Add olive oil.

  2. Slice the onion and sauté in the warm pan, stirring often, until the onions begin to turn lightly golden.

  3. Add 1/4 cup water to the pan and cook until water cooks off and the onions caramelize.

  4. Add onion and the rest of the ingredients to a blender, food processor, or blender.  Blend until smooth.

  5. Scrape into a serving dish. Top with additional grilled onions, chives or parsley if desired.

  6. Serve with crackers, chips, pita, or veggies and enjoy!
