1 scoop Casein (or plant based protein + 2 tablespoon pudding mix) Chocolate
1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 teaspoon of gluten-free xanthan gum (it's a thickening agent)
1 teaspoon (5g) raw cacao nibs.
Directions:
Add the Casein, almond milk, and xanthan gum to a large bowl and mix with an electric hand mixer for 10 minutes (this creates the fluff).
Pour the fluff into a dish and sprinkle with the cacao nibs. This will make it even prettier & tasteful. Enjoy!
