• 50 grams crushed berries
• 60 grams (1/4 cup plain) Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
• 16 grams (1 tablespoon) peanut or almond butter
• Flatout tortilla (or gluten-free or low carb tortilla)
Directions:
