Peach Filling:
• 4 peaches
• 1 tablespoon raisins
• 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
• 1 tablespoon brown sugar stevia
• 1 tablespoon flour or gluten free flour
Topping:
• 1/4 All-purpose flour or gluten free flour
• 1/4 cup oats
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar stevia
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
• 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 cup apple sauce
Directions:
To make fillings:
1. Peel and slice the fresh peaches and place them in a bowl.
2. Add all the peach filling ingredients.
3. Toss the sliced peaches with the ingredients to coat and set aside.
To make toppings:
1. These all the ingredients to make oats toppings.
2. Add all the ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
3. Crumble the oats mixture using fingertips
To assemble:
1. Transfer the peach filling to a baking dish
2. Sprinkle the crumb topping. Pop into the oven and bake at 350
degrees F/ 175 degrees C for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with some
toasted sliced almonds and serve. Serves 6
