An easy way to get that 25 grams of protein and 20 grams of healthy fat in! Be sure you use plain Greek yogurt to get maximum protein in! I added a dash of cinnamon for some bling. Sugar free sweetener will add some added sweet if needed.
Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek Yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter or nut butter
Pile, mix or blend... but eat the entire batch to beat that binge!
*add 100 calories or 30-40 grams of complex carbs to this to make it a mini-meal.
