2.5 cups frozen raspberries
1 cup skim milk or milk of choice
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 cup Greek yogurt or
1 scoop protein powder (32 grams in weight)
1/2 cup quick oats
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Then, share it with a buddy and enjoy!
