PB & J Smoothie Bowl

  • 2.5 cups frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup skim milk or milk of choice

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or

  • 1 scoop protein powder (32 grams in weight)

  • 1/2 cup quick oats

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth. Then, share it with a buddy and enjoy!

Total servings: 2

Individual serving: 1 cup
