3 ounce mix of protein - chicken, ham, beef
Bread or pita of choice up to 150 calories
1 tablespoon sugar free orange marmalade
Optional lettuce and tomato
Side of 100 calories of nuts or olives for healthy fat
Instructions:
Mix marmalade and craisins and spread on bread. Add the rest of the ingredients for your club sandwich. Don't forget the side of nuts or olives!
