INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup cottage cheese (any fat %) • 1/4 teaspoon pepper • 2-4 large cherry tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces • 1/3 of a medium avocado • 5-6 slices of cucumber • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (optional) • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (not shown)
DIRECTIONS:
Add ingredients to your bowl and enjoy!
OPTION: Reduce the cottage cheese to 1/2 cup and add 2oz cooked chicken!
