OATMEAL BREAKFAST COOKIES

Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Makes 12 cookies

2 cookies per serving

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup Old fashioned oats • 1 cup Oat flour

• 1/2 cup Protein powder

• 1/4 teaspoon Salt

• 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder • 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 cup water

• 1/2 cup peanut butter


Directions:

1. The estimated total time to make this recipe is 10-15 Minutes

2. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Line a cookie pan with parchment paper or foil, sprayed with cooking spray for easy clean up.

3. In a medium bowl, mix together all of the ingredients together until well combined. Drop 1/8 cup (2 tbs) cookie dough for each cookie onto prepared pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cookies are set. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks, or in the freezer for up to 2 months.
