1 1/2 cup Oat flour
1/2 cup Protein powder
1/2 cup Sweetener
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Pumpkin
1/2 cup Nut butter
1/4 cup White chocolate chips
Mix everything together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until dough forms and everything is well combined. Press into a 9x9 inch baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cut dough into 8 even size bars and wrap individually if desired for easy grab and go. Store in fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months.
