Napa Almond Salad or Sandwich

  • 3 oz chicken

  • 50 grams apple diced - 50 calories yield

  • 30 grams grapes diced - 30 calories yield

  • 16 grams toasted almonds - 1 tablespoon

  • 60 grams greek yogurt or yogurt of choice -1/4 cup

Flex Option:

  1. 2 slices whole-wheat, GF bread

  2. Greens of choice such as spinach or lettuce plus 80 calories of croutons or complex carb choice.

Directions:

Dice up chicken and mix with apple, grapes, and almonds. Top all ingredients onto mixed greens or add to bread for a sandwich. You have the flexibility to select between sandwiches or salad.
