This lightened-up Million Dollar Dip is a creamy, crave-worthy twist on the classic—made with protein-rich cottage cheese and Greek yogurt for a healthier take without losing the rich flavor. Blended until smooth and packed with crispy bacon, shredded cheese, green onions, and a touch of garlic, it’s the perfect dip for veggies, crackers, or spreading on sandwiches. High in protein and big on taste, this version brings all the indulgence of the original with a nutritious upgrade that’s perfect for parties, meal prep, or snacking any time.
Ingredients:
1 cup cottage cheese blended
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
5 slices of turkey bacon cooked
3-4 green onions sliced
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted
healthy cracker to serve or veggies

Directions:
In the bowl of a standup mixer, beat the cottage cheese on high speed for about 2 minutes.
Decrease the mixing speed to low and add the yogurt and mix until smooth.
Add the sharp cheddar, pepper jack, bacon, green onions, sea salt, ground black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and toasted slivered almonds and mix until a homogenous mixture is achieved.
Serve with healthy cracker or veggies.
Serves 4 if having this as a meal
