1 tbs Avocado oil
2 tbs Lemon juice
2 tsp Minced garlic
2 lbs Green beans
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Add in the oil and green beans to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss well to get all of the green beans evenly seasoned. Add lemon juice.
Sauté for 6-8 minutes, then add the garlic. Continue to sauté for another minute or two, or until beans are tender-crisp. Sprinkle in the parmesan and toss to coat. Garnish with additional parmesan, if desired. Enjoy!
