• 120 grams or 1 cup diced jicama
• 100 grams or 1/2 cup black beans
• 1 tablespoon lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
• 50 grams in weight of avocado cubed
Directions:
Dice jicama and add beans. Toss with lime juice and salt. Add avocado
and cilantro. This can also be a side dish!
