• 130g or 1/2 medium jicama sliced
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice • salt and fresh cilantro to taste • 80g or 1/2 cup black beans • 100g avocado
Directions:
Remove skin from jicama and slice into cubes. Place on top of the black beans and avocado and add lime juice, salt, and cilantro. Enjoy. One serving
