16g or 1 tablespoon peanut butter
16g or 1/2 scoop protein powder
32g or 2 tablespoons yogurt of choice
41g or 1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1-2 Rice cakes
Directions:
Mix yogurt with peanut butter and protein powder until smooth. This will become a frosting texture. Add berries into the mix or save for the top.
Spread the mixture onto the rice cake. You decide on if you want 1 or 2 rice cakes based on your calories but the mixture is essential as it contains the protein and healthy fat needed to keep you full and for your metabolism.
Add berries on top if you haven’t mixed them in to the protein frosting and don’t forget to lick the spoon!
