Irene’s Go-To Mini-Meal
Minimeal/Lunch
Ingredients:
1- 5oz can tuna or chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon avocado mayo
Choice of healthy crackers up to 150 calories
Optional
Celery stalk chopped
1 tablespoon red
Instructions:
Drain tuna or chicken. If you are using cooked chicken not from a can use 4 oz as the canned tuna will drain down to 4oz.
Add the rest of the ingredients leaving out the crackers (Sometimes I break up the crackers and enjoy them inside the mix!)
Enjoy on crackers of choice or even toast up to 150 calories.
