• 100 grams or 1/3 avocado, sliced
• 1 tablespoon or 15 grams of hummus
• 2 eggs prepared; however, you would like
• 1 slice of whole-grain toast (or gluten-free toast)
Directions:
Spread hummus on toast and top with egg, sliced avocado, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
