This is something I have been doing for years and years! It's a great way to kick out some crunch without all of the fat and calories of chips. Using corn tortillas which are 40-50 calories a piece, you are able to enjoy 3 of them as your healthy carb and make any meal a hit!
1/2 teaspoon Chili powder
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
9 Corn tortillas
Directions:
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
Mix the seasonings together in a small bowl and set aside.
Stack the tortillas. Cut them in half using a sharp knife, then cut each half again, forming triangle-shaped pieces.
Place a wire baking rack on the baking sheet. Place half of the tortilla triangles in a single layer on the rack. Spray the top of each tortilla with cooking spray and sprinkle with half of the seasoning mix.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until almost crisp. The chips will finish crisping as they cool. Repeat with the second batch. Enjoy!
