Ingredients:
1 - 16 oz container cottage cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup salsa
Directions:
Add everything to a small bowl and microwave for 60 seconds, stir, then microwave another 60 seconds. Pour into a blender or food processor and blend until creamy. Serve with healthy chips, veggies, or whatever you’d like!
This serves 4 however can be used as an appetizer.
