1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 yellow onion diced
1 green pepper diced

Directions:
Crockpot method: In a large pan add olive oil and brown ground turkey or beef over medium-high heat breaking it up as it cooks. Add onion and peppers if you are using the, Put ground meat into your slow cooker. Add in the rest of your ingredients and stir to combine. Cover and cook on high for 2-3 hours, or on low for 4-6 hours. Serve on whole grain buns, lettuce wraps, or over cauliflower rice!
Stovetop method: In a large pan add olive oil and brown ground turkey or beef over medium high heat breaking it up as it cooks. Add onion and peppers if you are using them. Add 1/2 the can of tomato sauce, along with the rest of the ingredients. Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring frequently for about 15 minutes, or until mixture is thickened to your liking. Add more tomato sauce if desired if you desire the sloppy joes to be a bit more thin. Serve on whole grain buns, lettuce wraps, or over cauliflower rice!
