120 grams or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
8 grams (teaspoon) olive oil or 16 grams diced olives (tablespoon)
Powdered ranch dip or minced onion 1-3 tablespoons

Directions:
One of my faves! A great party dip as well! Mix your favorite seasoning to your liking. Start with 1 tablespoon and add as you go. One cup of this packs 20+ grams of protein and will keep you munching! Be sure to measure and log your veggies and keep this snack to a 350 calorie max.
