• 40g or 1/2 cup ground oats (I have used whole also)
• 1/3 cup egg whites
•32g or 1 scoop protein powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
Directions:
Grind up oatmeal in the blender.
Add the rest of the ingredients
Mix up and prepare!
Top with fresh fruit, sugar free maple syrup.
