• 1/2 cup oats soaked in 1 cup almond milk • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed • 50 grams in weight of blueberries or 1/2 cup • 16 grams in weight of walnuts (2 tablespoons) • Stevia or sweetener and optional cinnamon
Directions:
Mix oatmeal and ingredients together and let sit overnight. I make several servings at once.
