GETUFIT MUFFIN WITH SHAKE

AS IS FOR GETUFIT BALANCE

One Getufit Muffin

  • 2 cups raw oatmeal

  • 2 scoops protein powder

  • 2 yolks

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 2 bananas or 1 cup low sugar applesauce * Mix/add flavors (blueberries, almonds, Craisins, walnuts)

Mix ingredients together. Bake at 325°F for 12 minutes. Do not over-bake. They will appear undercooked at 12 minutes. Steel cut oats will not work with this recipe. Makes 12.


Enjoy one muffin with a protein shake


  • 1 scoop protein powder (32g) mixed with milk of choice
