Ingredients:
1 package (12 oz) chicken sausages (pre-cooked)
2 medium potatoes (peeled and cubed)
2 carrots
3 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh greek beans about a cup
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried thyme
Salt and pepper (to taste)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:
Preheat: Heat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare Foil: Cut four large rectangles of aluminum foil.
Assemble Packets:
