8 grams scoop protein powder
50 grams (1/2 cup) frozen fruit of choice
230 grams (1 cup) yogurt of choice (use milk if you’re not a yogurt fan)
Ice
16 grams (1 tablespoon) unsweetened coconut shavings, chia seeds or choice of nuts
Directions:
Blend together with ice until thick. Top with unsweetened coconut shavings.
