• 50 grams of avocado diced • 50 grams or 1/2 cup tomato sliced • 2 hard boiled eggs cubed • 35 grams or 1/4 cup corn Chex
Directions:
Dice, Chop and throw in a cup. Add hot sauce or additional cheese (not included on ingredient list) as long as you stay within your calorie range... but you know the rules !
