• 3 lean breakfast turkey sausage links
• 6 egg whites
• 3 whole eggs
• 1/4 cup milk of choice
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 cup fresh chopped spinach
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, scramble eggs adding milk and salt with pepper.
2. Spray 9x9 pan with cooking spray and add diced up sausage and
spinach.
3. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and Enjoy! Add an optional carb of choice
to side about 30 grams or 150 calories of carbs.
