Easy Chicken Cobb Salad with Honey Dijon Dressing

Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 heads Romaine
1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
2 Avocados
2 cups Cooked chicken breast
2 slices Bacon
1/4 cup Feta cheese
Honey Dijon Dressing
1/4 cup Avocado oil
3 tablespoons White wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Honey
1 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions:
Wash and chop produce and chicken. Arrange chopped lettuce in a salad bowl or large plate. Layer the chopped tomatoes, avocado, chicken, bacon, and eggs in a row on the bed of lettuce.
Vigorously shake everything for the dressing in a small mason jar (or sealed jar). Drizzle the Honey Dijon vinaigrette on top just before serving. Toss to combine, and enjoy!
