1/4 cup dijon mustard
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
8 chicken boneless chicken breasts
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Pour over chicken (or pork) and allow to marinate in the refrigerator 2 hours or longer. Grill, roast, bake or prepare as you normally would. Enjoy as the protein portion of your meal! Serves 4.
