Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup fresh spinach

  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries

  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

  • 1 tablespoon ground almonds

Directions:

  1. Blend yogurt, almond milk, spinach, blueberries, grapeseed oil, chia seeds, flax seed, and almonds together in a blender until smooth.
