Crockpot Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Ingredients:
• 1 lb Chicken breast
• Onion
• 1 (15 oz) can Crushed tomato • 1 (15 oz) can Diced tomato
• 2 teaspoons Minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon Onion powder
• 1 tbs Italian seasoning
• 1 tbs Dried parsley
• 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. The estimated total time to make this recipe is 4-8 Hours
2. Place everything except for parmesan cheese in crockpot, stir, and cover. Cook on high 4
hours or on low 8 hours. After cooking, remove the chicken breast and shred with a fork.
Place chicken put back in the crockpot and stir. Stir in parmesan cheese.
3. Place on whole grain bun, high fiber wrap, or lettuce wrap. If desired, top with a slice of
cheese and enjoy!
