Cottage Cheese and Spinach Crustless Quiche

This Cottage Cheese and Spinach Crustless Quiche is a light and healthy dish that combines the creaminess of cottage cheese with the freshness of spinach. It’s perfect for a nutritious breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • 4 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stir in the cottage cheese, spinach, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.

  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.

  6. Let cool slightly before serving.
