Breakfast
2 cups Oat flour or regular flour
1/2 cup protein. Powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs
3/4 cup low sugar Applesauce
1/2 cup Maple syrup (low sugar works best)
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Crumb Topping
1 cup Oat flour or flour of choice
1/2 cup protein powder
1/3 cup Coconut oil
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9x9 inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients for the cake. Add the wet ingredients and stir to combine. Pour into baking dish
In a small bowl, mix together the ingredients for the crumb topping. Sprinkle over top of the cake batter until evenly distributed.Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out clean. Let cool at least 30 minutes before serving.
